If you like the idea of staying in one evening while you are at La Valette, and having someone come and cook for you, Gisela will ! It's like having a fine restaurant on your doorstep.

Gisela offers a choice of menus, or will prepare something "à la carte" specially for you. Typical menus include a five course meal including starter, main course, salad, cheese, desert and coffee for €25 per head (equivalent to £22).

Starter
Salmon in a crêpe roulée and a honey/dill dressing on a bed of salad

Interval
Sorbet

Main Course
Pork stuffed with toulouse sausage and prunes with honey/mustard sauce, potato in money bag and haricot beans in bacon wraps.

Desert
Crepe susette

Alternatively, instead of going out to buy a "take-away", why not try one of Gisela's home made curries, delivered to La Valette at a time to suit you ?
